Today, Thursday 19th May, on Learning at Work Day, Leeds City Council (LCC) will sign a learning agreement with site trade unions, UNISON, UCATT, GMB and Unite the Union, which was supported by unionlearn in Yorkshire and the Humber, the TUC’s learning and skills organisation in the region.
