A meeting of the TUC's public sector unions took place today (Friday) to review the successful industrial action taken yesterday, and to consider the position reached in the negotiating process with the government.
UCU today called for an urgent meeting with the principal of Liverpool Community College after the college was ordered to pay back £80,000 to the government after a twoyear enquiry by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) found the college had claimed funding for students who were not enrolled on courses the college claimed they were.
