TSSA wishes to commission the conduct, analysis and reporting of a series of focus groups with members and non-members in the rail industry to explore their levels of knowledge about, and attitudes towards, neurodiversity with particular, but not exclusive, reference to support for neurodiverse employees in the areas of learning & development.
