Construction union UCATT have welcomed the news that Andrew Dismore’s Private Members Bill which seeks to overturn the Law Lords compensation ban for victims of pleural plaques, has cleared its latest parliamentary hurdle. The Bill will now move to the House of Lords for its report stage.
